Susannah and Ana invite you to join them this fall in the Catskills, NY for a weekend of yoga, hiking, bonfires, fresh air, delicious food and amazing company.

**All bookings require a $300 deposit to ensure a spot, and the retreat shall be paid in full by October 1, 2023.

Meet your Hosts!

Susannah and Ana met while teaching together at Heatwise Yoga in Brooklyn. They enjoy melding their love of nature and yoga to share beautiful experiences with their students. 



You are in amazing hands with Ana and Susannah! They are a fantastic team, and along with all the wonderful helpers, I enjoyed delicious food in the prettiest spot by the lake while practicing yoga and making friends. The retreat helped me remember what it feels like to be completely at peace, and it was the soul nourishment I needed. Already wondering when the next one will be!

Ana and Susannah thought of everything - the weekend was paced perfectly, I felt so taken care of. It was amazing to have so much time to deepen my yoga practice but I loved that there were so many other ways we spent our time as well, from hiking and kayaking to playing games and hanging out around the fire. I felt both restored and energized after the weekend!

The retreat with Ana and Susannah was perfection. It was a great balance of yoga/meditation, activities, social time, and alone time. They are such thoughtful and talented instructors and hosts who are there to create community and support you. I highly recommend going on a retreat with this fabulous women.
